Sundials are the oldest type of clocks dating to ancient times. Archaeological evidence suggests that a few, if any, sundials marked the seasons and seasonal hours in Greece before 300 B.C. and possibly in ancient Egypt around 1800-1200 B.C. Before the clock, almost every town had their own community sundial. Now, sundials are used more for elegant functional ornaments.

Sundials are enjoyed in any setting, from backyards to parks. They can be a focal garden ornament or as part of entryways into buildings. Wherever they are used, sundials are an intriguing piece of decoration.

The manufacturer will replace all defective parts. A defective return goods authroization from Gardecor®, Inc. is required.

This item is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of sale, provided said items are used according to recommended usages.

The liability is limited to the repair of, refund of purchase price paid for, or replacement in kind of, at the manufacturer's sole option, any items proved defective, privided the allegedly defective items are returned prepaid.
