Before installing your fountain cover first empty and dry the fountain. Place dry rags or towels in the bowls to absorb any moisture that may occur. Then install the cover.

This water fountain is a long-term investment.
Please take your time to select the right color for your concrete patio, lawn or garden decor.
Order color samples on real cast stone.

The colors on your computer or as printed may not reflect the actual color. Even the manufacturer's print catalog had color offset for some samples. Because you can get color samples on concrete, neither Gardecor® nor Stone Casters, the manufacturer, will accept objections to the final product color if you don't request samples before ordering your concrete cast stone fountain, statue, etc.

Warranty

Manufacturer's warranty is to the original purchasing consumer for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, against manufacturing defects.

Harsh chemicals such as CLR or TSP have a negative effect on the finish. This practice voids the warranty. Similarly, chemicals such as chlorine, bleach tablets, etc. have a negative effect on the finish AND internal connections. This practice will also voids the warranty.
