The Oasis Outdoor Kitchen is a full 8-ft. grill island complete with necessities for backyard dining. The island is intended to be stationary once installed and designed to last years of outdoor use.
The modular outdoor kitchens are constructed using engineered G90 galvanized steel framing and HardieBacker™ fiber cement board. You can purchase this finished or complete it with your own selection of natural stone sides, solid granite or the proprietary Supercast™ tops.
Exclusive Moldblock™ Technology passes all industry mold tests to provide a barrier against mold and is recognized for use in non-combustible construction.

A grill island can be purchased 5 ways: Finished, Unfinished, Custom, Modular or Standard.
2) What does a finished island include?
A finished island comes ready to install in your outdoor room. It comes complete with the grill, accessories and a completely finished exterior. You can select from standard finish options. Ask your dealer for a list of their finished islands.
3) What does an unfinished island include?
An unfinished island is completely customizable. The island is ready to have custom finishes applied on-site. Finishes may include stack or natural stone, tile, granite, or other outdoor rated and non-combustible finishing materials. The grill and accessories are shipped inside of their factory packaging and installed on site.
4) What types of finishes are available?
Outdoor GreatRoom Co. offers a variety of standard finished options, both finished and unfinished modular options to custom build, or fully finished and unfinished custom islands from the factory. Anything you can imagine is possible! Talk to your dealer or contractor about the right options for you.
5) What accessories are available?
Outdoor GreatRoom Co. offers a large catalog of accessories including; Cook Number Grills, Side Burners, Access Doors, Storage Drawers, Cocktail Centers, Sinks, Refrigerators, Stereo Systems, Lighting, Umbrella holes and more!
6) How are the islands installed?
Your contractor will use a variety of installation methods depending on the place of installation. These can include but are not limited to cranes, dollies, forklifts and professional crews.
7) Are the islands moveable, once installed?
The islands are intended to be stationary once installed.
8) How are the islands constructed?
Outdoor GreatRoom Co. islands are constructed using engineered G90 galvanized steel framing and ¼" HardieBacker™ fiber cement board. Various finishing materials can be used, from the inhouse finishing including granite, porcelain, natural stone tile and standard or Ameristone ™ stucco to on-site finishing including natural stone sides, solid granite or the proprietary Supercast™ tops. Anything you can imagine is possible!

Installation/Maintenance
We highly recommend that you hire a professional contractor who is bonded to install this for you. The parts are heavy to lift and makes it hard to set in the exact place. You may need some wiring by a licensed electrician. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that compliance with your local building codes is done.
The exterior surfaces should be cleaned yearly. A solution of 1 part vinegar and 5 parts water is a great way to do this. Once a year, we recommend a silicone grout sealer to prevent staining and damage from water freeze exposure. Supercast™ tops and decorative pieces should be sealed annually with a sealer impregnator that is recommended for polished marble, Travertine, limestone and grout. This can be purchased at most home improvement centers.
