Made in the USA where quality control dominates. The garden bench is hand-crafted of 1/4" steel, cleaned to the metal, zinc flame sprayed, and finished with a high-quality, outdoor paint. The weather-proofing prevents oxidation, even in rainy climates. Minimal maintenance: simply wash with mild soap and water.

This will easily last 50-75 years without rusting. Many adorn ocean-front homes, and the sea salt spray doesn't harm the finish.

All surfaces are cleaned to the shiny bare metal before a zinc metal is flame-sprayed onto the cleaned metal (except the rust COR-TEN^® steel which is an authentic rust patina). Marine fabricators apply flame-sprayed zinc to iron metals to help retard rusting.

A two-part colored epoxy is applied. Faux finishes are hand-applied with a dry-brush technique.

We are told that none of these products had to be refinished due to rusting.
