Oceanic, Beach HomeDid you know that dolphins normally travel in groups of 20 to several hundred and even up to several thousand dolphins in a pod. Dolphin pods are usually largest in September and October with about 115. In the winter months, the pods shrink to about 35. Pods are smaller in the fall because it's breeding season.
Made in the USA where quality control dominates. All outdoor garden and patio benches are hand-crafted of 1/4" steel. The steel is cleaned well, zinc flame sprayed, and finished with a high-quality outdoor epoxy paint. The weather-proofing prevents oxidation, even by the seaside. Minimal maintenance required: wash with mild soap and water.

This will easily last 50-75 years without rusting. Many adorn ocean-front homes, and the sea salt spray doesn't harm the finish.
All surfaces are cleaned to the shiny bare metal before a zinc metal is flame-sprayed onto the cleaned metal (except the rust COR-TEN® steel which is an authentic rust patina). Marine fabricators apply flame-sprayed zinc to iron metals to help retard rusting.
A two-part colored epoxy is applied. Faux finishes are hand-applied with a dry-brush technique.
We are told that none of these products had to be refinished due to rusting.
